The handy devices STT R100 NO and STT R150 N are particularly suitable for direct use in the production environment. By placing the device on the test object surface of the sealing seat, existing twist structures are made immediately visible to the eye. If the shaft to be tested is mounted on a prism table or between rotatable tips, the location dependency of the surface structure of the sealing seat can be checked quickly and easily by rotating the shaft with the test device in place.

The handy devices STT R100 NO and STT R150 N are particularly suitable for use directly in the production environment for shaft lead testing. By placing the device on the test piece surface of the sealing seat, existing twist structures are made immediately visible to the eye. If the shaft to be tested is mounted on a prism table or between rotatable tips, the location independence of the surface structure of the sealing seat can be checked quickly and easily by rotating the shaft with the test device in place.
The shaft lead tester STT R100 NO is designed for test shaft diameters from 5mm to 200mm. The STT R150 N hand-held tester enables the testing of shafts with a sealing seat diameter of up to 300 mm. Thanks to the compact, robust aluminum housing and the battery-operated laser, the tester is always ready to hand and ready for use even in rough production conditions. In addition, the test device STT R100 NO offers a connection option for a tripod (1 / 4´´ 20 UNC).
